Recruitment of staff

FREIIA connects clients with top talent through a precise selection process, ensuring both technical expertise and cultural fit. We specialize in sourcing and placing leadership,  technical IT and industrial engineering roles.

In our recruitment services, we identify, rigorously evaluate, and present qualified candidates, with the selected persons becoming employees on the client's payroll.

Three distinct engagement models are offered based on the number of profiles recruited annually:

  • Standard Agency Mode (1-5 Hires/Year): Fees are structured as a percentage of the hire’s yearly gross salary. FREIIA provides flexibility through either a replacement guarantee or payment in installments during the trial period.
  • Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) (5-10 Hires/Year): This "Netflix" model uses a fixed monthly fee that companies can pause with one month of notice. It ensures a consistent talent pipeline through continuous active search for up to two roles simultaneously.
  • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) (10+ Hires/Year): Highly skilled consultants work embedded directly within the client's team. Services are invoiced against a transparent daily rate, ensuring deep cultural assimilation and end-to-end agility for large-scale hiring.

We propose following premium services at an additional cost:

  • Psychometric testing of candidates using the PAPI® framework.
  • Technical interviews of candidates with recognized experts.
  • International hire support (work permits, accommodation, and cultural integration).
  • Through our partner Brightminds, we offer guidance on talent management, training, and employee engagement.

Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) in more details

Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) is a subscription-based hiring solution designed for growing SMEs that need a steady flow of talent without the cost and complexity of traditional recruitment. Ideal for companies hiring 5–10 people per year, it provides a scalable, flexible, and cost-efficient alternative to agencies or in-house recruiters. The subscription is charged at a fixed monthly fee and may be cancelled with one month’s notice.
