Meet the founders

David Mannal
Customer Success Partner
He holds a Master's Degree in Management from Grenoble École de Management (France) and a postgraduate Master's in IT Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (Belgium).
David began his career in the IT sector in 2006 and has worked for several major players in the BeNeLux region, including Sogeti, Oracle, the Cronos Group, and Proximus.
Through these roles, he has gained extensive experience in business development, bid management, customer success management, and consultant team leadership.
Additionally, he has built a broad network of clients across European institutions as well as the local public and private sectors.
At FREIIA Luxembourg, David oversees the sales and marketing operations.
Born in 1979, he is of German nationality with Nordic roots.

Jérémy Crawford
Talent Acquisition & HR Partner
He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from IAE Nancy (France).
Jérémy began his career in HR and recruitment in 2007 and has been dedicated to the IT sector since 2013, working with several leading companies in Luxembourg, including Deloitte, CTG, and the Cronos Group.
Over the years, he has developed strong expertise in human resources management, talent acquisition, and team leadership.
Furthermore, he acquired in-depth knowledge of human resources and recruitment processes within European institutions, as well as within the financial and industrial sectors.
At FREIIA Luxembourg, Jérémy oversees the HR and recruitment activities.
Born in 1983, he is of French nationality.
